i wonder what they do in there.
sitting on my stone throne above the M overlooking Missoula earlier this month. i think of the native americans that must have sat in this very seat over thousands of years.
did you know that thousands of years ago it was all a lake? the sudden draining of the lake several times as ice dams in the clark fork river in idaho were released created the strange topology of eastern washington and the columbia gorge. it is fascinating to me.
